Car Insurance Quote Colorado

On March 6, 2003, Paccione joined with 12 Republicans and 24 other Democrats to vote against House Bill 1225. The measure failed on a 37-27 vote. (HB 1225 sought to reform Colorado's no-fault car insurance laws. Supporters said the proposed change would save drivers 14-28 percent. Opponents said it took too many rights away from consumers. What the commercial does not say is that by not reforming Colorado's no-fault laws, the state returned to a tort system for car insurance. According to Fort Collins Republican Steve Johnson, as a result of switching to tort, "drivers could see a 20 percent to 30 percent drop in their insurance rates with tort.
