The MTA, which has 5500 car smash repair and dealership members throughout Australia's most populous state, is talking to Suncorp about directing its comprehensive insurance referrals through MTA Insurance Underwriting Agency, to Suncorp.
Hastings is expected to achieve around A$500 million in gross written premiums through its broker business in calendar 2006. Advantage is expected to underwrite A$250 million in gross written premium.
